SIPs, structural insulated panels, are a composite building material.
They consist of an insulating layer of rigid polymer foam sandwiched between two layers of structural board.

Generally, we make SIPs panel with OSB surface and EPS core.
For different applications and requirements, the board also can be Magnesium board or fiber cement panel or others; And the foam either polyurethane foam (PU) or extruded polystyrene foam (XPS).

The SIPs is a good material widely used in residential and commercial building walls, Floors, roofs, kit homes etc., it is strong, light and good insulation., and it is an emerging trend of construction.

We can provide standard 4*8 size panels, or special size with precut service. Also we can design or make kit homes according to customers design.
